You choose after you pay, on a setup page that shows you exactly what a scan will do before you confirm. PDF, image and video codes point at a file you already have online. We host a page only with the $99 product.

Delivered in PNG, SVG, and print-ready PDFEmailed the moment you confirm your setup, automatically, and sized correctly for print, not just screens: the PNG is at least 1200 pixels wide, and the PDF and SVG are vector drawings of the same code, the PDF printing it 3.5 inches across. Colors are RGB. Change something that alters the print and new files follow. Every code also comes with ready-to-print signs made from it: a table tent, a window sign, a counter card, a yard-sign rider and an 18 x 24 in yard sign, on your private edit page. Your colors, your words, your logoPick the colors, add a line under the code like "Scan for menu", and put your logo in the middle. It's included, and you can change it while HelmQR operates the service. We check that every design still scans before we send it.

Change it whenever you like.No extra charge while HelmQR operates the service. Changing where a code points needs no reprint. A new look is optional: the code you already printed is not changed by it. Only a WiFi or email/SMS code that joins automatically, or switching a code to or from joining automatically, needs a reprint, and we send you the new files.

No scan capThe price has no scan cap, and there is no "upgrade to keep scanning" wall.

A scan report you can actually readSee how many times your code was scanned, on which days and at what hours, roughly where (never closer than a city, never from GPS), and on phone, tablet or desktop, with a short summary in plain English. Save it as a one-page PDF, download every scan as a spreadsheet file, or send a view-only link to someone else and switch it off whenever you like. It's on your private edit page, with no login and no password. A pack also has a report for the whole pack, with a row for each code. We never store IP addresses. (A WiFi code that joins automatically never contacts us, so it has nothing to report.)

The code is half the problem.

A restaurant doesn't have a menu page worth linking to. A family arranging a funeral doesn't have a website. An estate agent isn't going to build one for every listing.

Move it to a different address and the printed code follows it, because the code never pointed at the address in the first place.

You confirm and your files arrive.
