What a refund switches off
- One code. That printed code is switched off.
- A pack of codes. Every code in it is switched off.
- A code and its hosted page. The page is taken down, and its code goes with it.
- A pack of pages. Every page in it is taken down, and every code in it is switched off.
Your card and your money
We don't store your card. Stripe takes the payment and issues the refund, and nothing is charged again automatically.
Stripe sends the refund the day we issue it. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
