We print your own HelmQR code on a real sign and ship it to you. Change where the code points whenever you like, and the sign stays right: no reprint.
A WiFi or email/SMS code that joins automatically has its details printed inside it: changing those means new files and a reprint, of the sign too.

The rule
A printed sign ordered from your edit page has its own rule. Cancel it within 1 hour of ordering, from the link in the order email, for a full refund: it hasn't gone to print yet. After that there's no refund for a change of mind, because it's being printed with your code on it. Anything damaged, misprinted or lost in shipping is replaced free.
Damaged or misprinted? Email refunds@helmqr.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery; we replace it free. An order of several signs is canceled as a whole, and refunded as a whole. A damaged or misprinted sign is replaced on its own: say which one.
Our 30-day refund for codes and pages doesn't cover printed items. Refunding or keeping a printed sign doesn't change your code either way. Refunds in full are on the refunds page.
We ship to US addresses only. The address is typed in at checkout.
Print it yourself
Rather print it yourself? Your code comes with five sign files, free: a table tent, a window or counter sign, a counter card, a yard-sign rider, and a yard sign. Print them at home or take them to any print shop.
