For print shops
A code your customer can change, on a sign you print.
A HelmQR code prints our short address, and your customer chooses where it sends people. When the menu moves or the listing sells, they change it from their edit link. The sign you printed does not change. No reprint, and no call to your shop. One exception: a WiFi or email/SMS code set to join or open directly prints its details inside it, so changing it needs a reprint.
The code belongs to the customer: its files and its edit link go to their email. You keep nothing to manage.
How it works for your shop
- Your customer opens your link (below), makes the code, sees it, and pays $19 once to HelmQR. They get a PNG, an SVG and a print-ready PDF by email, and their edit link.
- You print the sign from their files. Keep the quiet zone around the code, and test a scan from a phone before the run. Print it yourself has the details.
- When what the code opens has to change, your customer changes it from their edit link. The printed code stays as it is.
Your link
Give your customers a link with your shop's name in it. Every code made through it is marked as yours, so we know which shop sent it.
helmqr.com/make?from=shop_your-shop-name
Your link is helmqr.com/make?from=shop_ followed by your shop's name in lower-case letters, digits and hyphens: for example helmqr.com/make?from=shop_fennel-street-print.
